This method was simple as all you had to do is find a site that's actively exchanging links, add a link to them on your site, email them asking for one back, and wait for them to do so. However Google since Google clocked on to this, it has slowly been downgrading the worth of these reciprocal links and this is because the search engines are looking for pure, natural links.

The search engines, somewhat naive vision (particularly Google) is that the owner of a site, would find another site, be very impressed with the site, and put a link of his site to the site he has found. Over time though, one way links have taken over and become far more powerful. Although one way links are harder to manage than reciprocals as you cant easily keep track of the link you're receiving back (not in the same way as reciprocals anyway), they are the most powerful type of link to get your site ranked well. There are rumours that as soon as spring 2010 reciprocal links will be devalued to zero. I do not think that this is very likely as large business will want to exchange links in a fair way with their business partners and suppliers, and surely they should not be penalised for that.

I am going to give you an example now of a way to look at this: At your previous job you worked hard, but what motivated you? Was it the pride in the finished product? Was it the numbers on the paycheck? Why didn't you just give up when you did not feel like working that day?

You used leverage to push yourself. You knew if you did not do what you needed to do then you would not find any more paychecks in the mail. You knew if you did not teach your students well they would not be successful in life. You knew if you took a breather because when your boss was not around someone would probably notice and you wouldnt get that promotion you have been shooting for. So on and so forth.

Use leverage over yourself to keep going. We all already have this skill, most just dont know how to apply it yet.

The next step is to see if the stock, during the previous week of trading, hit a new 3 week high. If it has, keep reading. If not, you know the drill, toss the stock out and find a better one.

In this component of the algorithm, we must look at the previous month of trading and then 2 months before that. What you need to determine is if the stock, during the previous month, hit a 3 month high. If it has, now that's a stock! If it has not, you must let the stock go and find another stock and repeat this process over again.

Thistlegorm Divers

The Thistlegorm was built by Joseph Thompson & Sons of Sunderland and launched in June 1940. She was 126.5m (415 feet) in length and displaced 4,898 gross tonnes. Powered by a triple-expansion, 3 cylinder steam engine that generated a very comfortable 365 horsepower. She was one of a number of "Thistle" ships owned and operated by the Albyn Line. With her construction being part funded by the British Government, however, she was destined for "War" duties from the moment she was launched. Unfortunately, apart from the official photograph of her launching, there appears to be no pictures of the Thistlegorm from her days afloat.

In the official history of the Albyn Line, a Mr Harry Bansall recalls his own experiences on the ship. Being well connected within the Company, he had asked to go to sea and was soon offered a berth as fifth engineer in the brand new ship at the age of just 18.

Despite her designation as an "Armed Freighter" with an additional armoured Gun Deck built over the aft section, an overall shortage of weapons, meant that only an old 47" gun and a heavy calibre machine gun - both of WW1 vintage, were all that could be spared for the Thistlegorm. Her maiden voyage was to the USA to collect steel rails and aircraft and her second voyage was to South America for grain. It was during this journey that the Captain decided on some mid-ocean gunnery practise.

The traversing mechanism of the 47" gun was badly worn and had been replaced with a manual mechanism which meant that a second person had to push the barrel around by hand as it was being fired! After the first shot, the second round jammed in the breech. Such misfires are always dangerous - because an attempt to fire the round has been made and it can, therefore, now explode at any time. A long rope was, therefore tied to the firing mechanism and this led away to a shelter behind the aft mast house. The resultant flash engulfed the entire stern of the ship - with the projectile managing a whole 50m before dropping into the sea. Thus ended all gunnery practise.

The Thistlegorm's third voyage was to the West Indies from where she returned with sugar and rum. This, however, culminated in a return to the Clyde where she was laid up for two months for repairs to her boilers before being assigned her final cargo.

Involved in a Car Collision? This is What You Have to Do

If you drive frequently, then you know that accidents are a common occurrence on the highways, within the city, when travelling and during the course of your daily commuting. 1. Check the State of People Involved

The very first thing to do is check if no one is hurt. This will determine what your next step will be. If someone is hurt, call the police immediately. It is a crime to hit and run or leave someone injured in an accident to his fate. If the accident is fatal and you can move, try what you can to keep anyone alive. In cases of fire, see if you can extricate any of the individuals. If you can, bring them out gently and move them far away from the inferno. Then check to see if they are alive. Lay them down in a position where they are facing upwards and see if they can talk. If they can, ask them simple questions to see if they can still recall things. If the police hasn't arrived by this time, try to keep them alive. If anyone is bleeding try to tie a tourniquet around the bleeding part. If it is in the limbs, try tying it at the upper part so that the individual will not lose too much blood.

2. File an accident report within 10 days.

This will ensure that you do not get your license suspended. For accidents whose damage assessment is less than a thousand dollars, you should exchange details such as driver's license numbers, phone numbers et.c. In cases where a domestic animal is hit, you should do all in your best to contact the owner.

3. Contact your car insurance company

There is a reason it is generally advised that all car owners obtain some form of auto insurance and it is that in cases of theft and collision, the insurance company can pay after you make your claims. If the claims are justifiable and proved true, then you will get your benefits. While the insurance may not be able to pay you everything, they can reimburse you to the tune of eight, sometimes ninety percent. That's at least better than having to scrape up the money for a new car if the car is totalled or pay for the repairs of a slightly damaged car. Therefore, as soon as you can, get in touch with your insurance company and file a claim. This should be attended to before long.

4. What's Your Status?

This simply means "who was responsible for the collision?". What were you doing before the accident? Not so very long ago, when you wanted to travel with a printer, that meant that some truly impressive travel arrangements had to be made.
